Quintorigo – Play Mingus Vol. 1 & 2

I designed the complete visual identity for both volumes of Play Mingus, a tribute project by the Italian avant-jazz ensemble Quintorigo. This included the digipack covers, CDs, and booklets.

 The Play Mingus albums reinterpret Charles Mingus's compositions through a contemporary lens. My design aimed to reflect this fusion of classic jazz heritage with modern sensibilities. The artwork combines bold typography with abstract imagery, capturing the dynamic and innovative spirit of both Mingus and Quintorigo.
